Roasted South African Plums with Cinnamon and Orange

These gently spiced cinnamon plums are roasted with a little light brown soft sugar, orange zest, orange juice and vanilla extract. Roasting the plums intensifies the sweet flavour and creates a gorgeously sticky plum syrup perfect for drizzling over your breakfast or dessert.
